Cylteff

Teff is the world's smallest cereal and belongs to the group of ancient cereals originating in Ethiopia. The fantastic properties of these plants have been growing in Spain for over 10 years, and will continue to produce in several regions of the country. As part of the Cylteff and Blonk consortium of companies, we produce conventional teff and are the world's largest producer of organic teff.
As teff is the raw material for our work, all our facilities are designed to process teff. We control the entire process, from the field to the final product, so we have total traceability. All details are presented in our facilities with the utmost care and in compliance with all European regulations.
