If the adventure of the Maison Delpeyrat began under the impulse of one man, Pierre Delpeyrat, it owes its longevity to the men who have shaped it over the years, since 1890. His men and women are passionate about their profession, with know-how sometimes passed from generation to generation, and gathered in the agricultural cooperative of South-West Maïsadour.
