CHISTORRA

Our specialty is chistorra, an iconic product of our region, Navarra. It is elaborated in natural casing using high-quality pork meat and paprika with Designation of Origin, without the use of any additives. It is also gluten and lactose-free, available in both sweet and spicy varieties. Grilled or fried, it is ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Furthermore, our chistorra has received several awards, including the Best Chistorra of Navarra in 2012 and 2014, bestowed by the Butchers' Guild of Navarra. It is also endorsed by the prestigious quality labels Reyno Gourmet and Artisan Foods from Navarra.
