FRESH CHORIZO

Our fresh chorizo is made with natural casing, using high-quality pork meat and Designation of Origin paprika, without the use of any additives. It is also gluten-free and lactose-free, available in both sweet and spicy varieties.

This semi-cured product has undergone a drying time of 3 days, so it should be cooked before consumption. It is perfect for cooking with legumes or roasting.
