TECHNICAL DATA Recipe: Cooked grape must and red wine vinegar. Ageing: Aged in oak barrels. TASTING NOTE Perfect balance of sweet and sour aromas and flavours. Nose: Sweet and sour, balanced with a long, fruity, woody finish. Palate : Typical balsamic vinegar acidity. Delicate fruity notes persist. Ideal on salads or cooked vegetables, grilled meat such as fillet of beef or veal chop. Also perfect with scallops, grilled salmon or lobster.
