We produce sweet and savoury shortbread cookies and the famous Broyé du Poitou galette from a century-old recipe!
Broyé du Poitou is a family affair, as Brigitte Arnaud-Boué inherited the recipe from her grandmother Paulette.
This large, pure-butter galette is still made according to tradition, crisp and melt-in-the-mouth, and is shared at weddings and other special occasions.
