Originally from the farms of Poitou, Broyé is still made according to tradition. This shortbread is shared at weddings, birthdays and every other moment of conviviality. Since 1976, Goulibeur has been carrying on the regional and family tradition by making Broyé du Poitou using an ancestral recipe.
