Our baguettes are based on traditional French recipes. We produce our baguettes from specific flours and we utilize a traditional lean dough technology which gives us a superb taste, quality and freshness of the product.
We offer not only the standard industrial line baguette showcased above, ‘’Hebar’’ can also provide artisan variations of the product which are much more appealing visually as well as bringing an exceptional flavor and aroma, found only in hand-crafted products.
At the end we have a product with a typical crisp crust, long shelf-life after final baking and most importantly a ''Clean Label'' product.
