The Guenard oil mill, founded in 1824, produces high quality virgin oils from dry nuts and seeds.
We use traditional methods and craft expertise.
Presently the Guenard oil mill can propose around 30 varieties of oils, walnut, hazelnut, almond, peacn, pistachio, sesame…
This quality has been several times awarded through different shows and exhibitions and we are a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, which we joined in 2020 as a quality artisan. Moreover, Christophe Hay, a two-star Michelin chef of the region, is our brand ambassador.
