Iwak Arumery

Iwak Arumery is a double distilled blend of three different types of pure fermented palm sap infused with exotic fruits and spices, aged for 1.5 years to perfection. It is a distillation of childhood memories and experiences of Ida Ayu Puspa Eny (Puspa), a former Brahmin journalist who has spent her life travelling the world and lived much of her life on three different continents. By combining a technique commonly used in the European colonies with the legendary "Arak Jung" from Bali, Puspa spent 14 years innovating the tradition that is dear to him in a unique offer that became the embryo of Iwak Arumery, the drink of the drinkers.
