Ingredients: 75% mixed pitted olives in varying proportions (crushed green, natural green, black leccino), 23% sun-dried tomatoes, capers, parsley, chili pepper, garlic, wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: potassium metabisulfite), salt. 

Acidity corrector: citric acid.

Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
