Product’s description
Aglandau: Shaped like an acorn, from which it takes its name. This Provençal variety is a small olive. The originality of this variety is that it is picked while still green, at the end of November, to make olive oil. This gives it a slightly green colour. Aglandau oil has a nose, a fruity green flavour and a taste of freshly cut hay or green apple.
