Harvested by hand exclusively in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, the Lucques olive is considered to be the 'Rolls Royce' of the olives and is referred to as the 'green diamond' of the region.
The Lucques olive is easily recognizable with its crescent moon shape and contains a small pit. The Lucques olive has a beautiful fleshy texture and a creamy, slightly sweet taste. This gourmet olive is delicious and very, very addictive.
