UHT organic semi-skimmed milk

LSDH has taken the challenge of reducing the proportion of virgin plastic and promoting closed-loop recycling. This strategy has led to the launch of the first more sustainable milk bottle. Indeed, if all milk bottles were recyclable until now, this grey bottle is the 1st bottle on the milk market made of 100% recycled material (i.e. from recycled PET and recycled in its turn, it will become a new r-PET bottle). This innovation required a collaborative work between the members of a consortium during 3 years of research. Relais Vert, a wholesaler in a specialized organic network, has acquired this bottle under its Natur'Avenir brand. With this innovation, LSDH demonstrates that the exploitation of r-PETo is feasible.
