The gluten-free “type 1” flour mix with a high percentage of naturally gluten-free pulse flour and rice sourdough starter, created and balanced to make bread, pizza and pasta with an amber colour and great taste and flavor. Optimo is a versatile mix with unique characteristics: thanks to its fibre content it is a natural source of fibre, ideal to make a great variety of products with a taste very similar to those prepared using type 1 soft wheat flour.
