Our frozen avocado wedges product is available in 500g, 1kg and 4kg bags for the catering industry.
It is made from cutting an avocado lengthways into quarters, to produce a "wedge" that can be used to create an avocado fan or rose, and to slice and use on sushi.
It is 100% natural avocado and has a shelf life of up to 10 days in the refrigerator and 2 years from the date of packaging when unopened.
It's perfect for salads, sandwiches, snacks, wraps, pizzas, burritos, tacos and anywhere else you would use fresh avocado.
Natavo avocado enables you to use avocado in applications where it has been previously impossible, due to the browning property of ALL other avocados.
