'Nduja San Donato, owned by the Pugliese family, is among the first artisan companies to develop in the area where the' Nduja originates: Spilinga, on the slopes of Mount Poro, in the province of Vibo Valentia (Calabria, South Italy).
We have always been concerned with using quality raw materials by scrupulously observing the ancient manufacturing process through its typical phases, above all: natural smoking and slow aging.
