Amateur cook and algae consumer, Pierre Le Baut, created in late 2020, Le Beau Gueuleton, a company that markets chips with seaweed, under the brand Nüri.

He is a born entrepreneur who always knew that he would start his own business. Having immersed himself in the world of algae, in Brittany, and realizing the potential they had, he gradually matured his project until the creation of his company, specialized in the sale of organic food products based on Kombu seaweed. Today, the company is growing and its goal is to create new products and innovative recipes.
