A soft spun buffalo cheese that reaches optimal ripeness after 3 to 4 months of maturing. Characterized by an intense smoky taste, it reminds us of scamorza affumicata di bufala. However, its texture is firmer and its taste of buffalo milk more pronounced. Affumicato di bufala is vacuum-packed in whole pieces weighing around 2.2 kg.
