Cheese matured with sheep milk - pistacchio

A spun cheese made from fresh sheep's milk, combined with the sweetness of pistachios. Aged for several months, it is enhanced by small pieces of roasted Italian pistachios. Its short maturing period gives it a pleasant chewiness and reveals the unique flavor of sheep's milk. The pistachio reveals subtle salty and roasted notes. Pecorino al pistacchio is vacuum-packed in whole pieces weighing around 1.9 kg.
