Product’s description

Guanciale is a classic of Italian cuisine.

It is prepared by rubbing the pig's cheek with salt, sugar and Gargano spices (black pepper, thyme, fennel and garlic), then left to dry for a few weeks.

Guanciale is gluten-free and comes in vacuum-packed pieces weighing around 1.6 kg, with a 6-month best-before date.
