Homemade sausage piquante

Salsiccia casereccia is a very lean traditional sausage without added fat, based on pork loin. Its chew is firm and offers a good hold in the mouth. It is advisable to remove the skin from salsiccia and cut it into thin slices. It is perfect for generous appetizers, accompanied for example by Bella di Cerignola olives and Italian cheese. Salsiccia casereccia is gluten-free and comes in a 250 g vacuum pack with a DLC of 6 months.
