Product’s description

Pancetta is a great classic of Italian cuisine. Along with guanciale, it's the star ingredient of the emblematic "pasta alla carbonara"!

Nicknamed "Italian bacon", Pancetta is made from pork belly.

The rind is removed from the belly, salted for around 7 days, then dried for around 7/8, rolled, stuffed into a natural casing and matured for a further 45 days.

Pancetta Arrotolata (rolled) is gluten-free and comes in pieces weighing around 2.35 kg with a 6-month best-before date.
