Product’s description

Spun cheese made from fresh Gargano sheep's milk, aged for 12 months on wooden boards. Its rind is worked using a traditional method: rubbed with extra-virgin olive oil and a little wine vinegar. The cheese is pampered and turned several times until its maturity is satisfactory. Its chewiness is firm and its taste delicate: an exceptional pecorino. Pecorino stagionato is vacuum-packed in whole pieces weighing around 0.3 kg.
