Product’s description

Our carpaccio is made from pork loin. It's an excellent, lean cut.

Pork carpaccio is made from pork loin, salted and seasoned with pepper, sage spices and natural flavors, left in brine for around 7 days, then smoked with olive wood and left to dry for a further 15 days.

The pork carpaccio is gluten-free and comes in slices weighing around 90g in total, with a 30-day best-before date.
