Scamone (culatello from Puglia)

Scamone is cut from the rump of pork: one of the most tasty and precious cuts of the animal.

This part is the most delicate of the ham, far from the bone, the flesh is very tender and very tasty, in the Gargano it is nicknamed: the "Culatello" of the Gargano, like the famous Culatello di Zebello of Parma.

The piece is closed and well tied, it keeps very well. Our scamone is natural and seasoned with the herbs and berries of the Gargano.

Scamone is gluten-free. It is offered in a vacuum-packed room of about 1.25 kg, with a DLC of 6 months.
