Vintage 2023 Capo Vincenzo: natural, authentic, unfiltered, artisanal.  
Unique cold extraction, closed-cycle olive milling. 
OLIO NUOVO (new oil), from October 09 to 13, 2023: limited edition. 
Our unfiltered olive oil expresses strong freshness, with a slight tingle on the nose. Powerful bouquet of green grass with a hint of pepper. 
Bitterness and ardency are present, proof of the quality of the olives and their daily processing.
Produced in our olive groves in Serracapriola, Gargano. 
Chemical analysis "sample dated 13/10/2023" of our OLIO NUOVO: oleic acidity of 0.26%, very low. Peroxide value of 3.4, very low. Polyphenols of 841 mg/KG, "very high" rank.
