Product’s description

Pancetta is a great classic of Italian cuisine. With guanciale, it is the flagship ingredient of the emblematic "pasta alla carbonara"! Known as "Italian bacon", Pancetta is made from pork belly. The rind is removed from the breast, salted for about 7 days, then dried for about 7/8, rolled, embossed in a natural casing and then refined for another 45 days. The Pancetta Arrotolata (rolled) is gluten-free and is offered in pieces of about 2.35 kg with a DLC of 6 months.
