An artisanal organic tomato puree, made from long tomatoes characterized by a compact flesh with a sweet, delicate taste, and a variety of round tomatoes that give it a bright color and velvety texture. The tomatoes are grown exclusively at the Posta Faugno farm on fields in organic rotation, and are hand-harvested in July and August at the best time for ripening, preserving their flavors and nutritional properties. What's more, all the tomatoes in our preserves are grown according to ARMONICOLTURA® procedures and standards, controlled at every stage of processing to give the product an authentic, incomparable taste.
