An organic yellow tomato puree made from small Datterino tomatoes, with a very mild, almost sweet flavor. They are harvested by hand during the summer months according to the best traditions, on strictly organic farmland belonging to the ARMONICOLTURA® project in San Paolo di Civitate in the Gargano Natural Park. Ideal for delicate recipes such as sauces and creams, and excellent for fish recipes. All the tomatoes used in our preserves are grown according to ARMONICOLTURA® procedures and standards, controlled at every stage of the process, giving the product an authentic, incomparable taste.
