Pasta d'Alba is a family business that makes organic pasta in the heart of the Langhe region of Piedmont.

We specialize in the production of dry pasta with certified organic flours. Our strength is based on a careful and constant search for the best raw materials, to be able to offer today a wide range of products based on the best cereals of the tradition, old grains, gluten-free flours and the development of baby food products.

Our range of gluten-free products includes more than 20 different recipes, including the ideal protein-based legume pasta for vegans. Certifications available: Organic, Demeter, Vegan, Kosher, Gluten Free, IFS.
