PizzaMi is an Italian manufacturer specialising in the production of traditional Italian GLUTEN-FREE and ALLERGEN-FREE frozen products, such as traditional Italian pizzas and pinsa, breads and focaccia breads.
Our aim is to bring the goodness of traditional Italian cuisine to the gluten-free market by creating delicious products that look, smell and taste exactly like products containing gluten.
We mainly supply the foodservice market with anti-contamination packaged products, but we also cater for private labels, offering customised formats, fillings and recipes.
