Low Fat Desiccated Coconut

Our organic low fat shredded coconut (max 3% moisture) derives from the dried coconut milk press cake (shredded fresh coconut meat after coconut milk has been retrieved) and therefore contains less fat (35-50%) than ordinary desiccated coconut "HFDC" that is gained by grating and drying mature coconut kernel. Low fat desiccated coconut is available in medium grade particle size. Exact grate measurements are available upon request.
