QUEVANA VEGAN CHEESE

Quevana is a family business founded in late 2019 by Alejandro, Beatriz and Agustín.

“I’ve always loved cheese, which is what I liked the most when I was a kid. However, at the age of 16 I decided to become vegan and by excluding dairy products from my diet, I couldn’t find a vegetable alternative that I liked as much as the traditional cheese.

One day, while traveling to Asia, I walked into a small family restaurant where they were making their own vegetable version of a nut cheese, and I was blown away. That was great!
