SABLE BRETON BAKERY

Our tart shells are delivered baked and frozen, to ensure consistent quality.

As well as the traditional Breton sablé, we also offer :

- a chocolate version (SB01C=8cm/ SB10C=5cm)

- a traditional tartlet made from buttery shortcrust pastry in the shape of SB15 pastry is also possible, the pastry is already preformed in a pastry mould. Simply fill to taste and bake.

Preparing unique cake bases is our job, we leave the creations to you.
