High protein cheese in a 140 g disc contains 25 g of protein, in a 90 g block it contains 16 g of protein, and in the form of 130 g slices it contains as much as 26 g of protein per package. It is a tasty and nutritious snack, both for a sandwich and for preparation in a modern kitchen.
