Product’s description
It uses kelp from Hokkaido and shiitake mushrooms from Oita, has the flavor and sweetness of the broth, and does not use dashi from animals, so it is a double concentrated type of tsuyu that brings out the flavor of the ingredients in any dish.
Kombu tsuyu is perfect for mentsuyu such as soba and udon, marinade, dressing and dipping sauce for tempura.
