We are a 100% Argentinean-owned company dedicated to the livestock and meat sector. Our story began over a quarter of a century ago, when cousins Ernesto Facundo Urien and Manuel Antonio Loza merged their knowledge - the former an economist, the latter an agricultural producer - and sealed this alliance in a brand they initially named ULSA. (an acronym for Urien Earthenware (Sociedad Anónima). Along the way, the cousins' company managed to position itself firmly in the domestic market, soon after with meat deliveries and its own butcher's shops, and their names became their best emblem. That's why ULSA became Urien-Loza Carnes Argentinas, the name that defines us today and highlights, in addition to the product we offer, the support of two families closely linked to Argentine agricultural production.
