CDL DICER

The new Affinity® CD-L cutter consistently produces cubes in a small to medium size range.  With its sanitary design, the food zone is completely separated from the mechanical zone. Hinged access panels simplify maintenance and cleaning, and provide convenient access to parts to be replaced.  The optional integrated oil spray system lubricates circular knives to simplify the processing of sticky products.

CUTTING TYPES:
Circular cuts: 3.2 to 50.8 mm, cross cuts: 3.2 to 38.1 mm, cubes, sticks, granulations.
The 2-dimensional cutting is achieved by combining the cross-cutting and circular cutting shafts.
