HOW TO CONSUME:
Grilled, dry or ground, in breads, brioches, biscuits (sweet or savory as the appetizer cookies), cakes, pastries and fruit salads.
Crushed and processed into cream to garnish the inside of brioches or pastries.
Incorporated in sauces (salad or cream based), quiches, fillings, pies or soups.
Sprinkled on rice, pasta or vegetables. Paired with fresh goat cheese.
For meat and fish.
Its blue-grey color will decorate preparations and dishes.

Gourmet tip: For even more flavor and to enhance its small nutty taste, stir the poppy seeds in a pan or oven, to serve them grilled.
