Fragrant plum variety, with golden yellow flesh and firm texture, the Mirabelle VIJAYA is a Nancy mirabelle; it is an ancient French variety called «noble» or «table plum», very popular with amateurs. The VIJAYA Dried Mirabelle is whole (half-cooked, with its core); its moisture content allows to better preserve the taste qualities of the fruit. It is harvested in August, dried, bagged and then pasteurized without preservatives.

HOW TO CONSUME:
Nature, as an aperitif, jam or dessert.
In the preparation of four-quarters, crumbles, clafoutis, pies or flans, fresh fruit salads.
As a side of meat (white meat or game).
On a cheese platter.
