The brown apricot VIJAYA, from Malatya in Turkey, is derived from the organic farming project of Good Food Foundation; foundation supported by VIJAYA since its creation in 1986,
It is certified from fair trade by FairTSA.
Dried in the sun and hand-pitted, it does not undergo any treatment with sulphur dioxide, hence its unrivaled brown colour and caramelised flavour. Its generous caliber gives it a unique soft.
It was also voted BEST ORGANIC PRODUCT 2015.
The brown apricot VIJAYA is not rehydrated by adding water to improve its moist, this is not necessary.

HOW TO CONSUME:
Nature, as a snack...
As a substitute for sugar, in small cubes in dairy products.
In the composition of desserts, fresh fruit salads, compotes, entremets.
In sweet/savoury stuffing, oriental tajines.
To accompany meat (roast pork, duck), stews.
