HOW TO CONSUME:
Grilled, also known as ""kasha"". To do this: grill the seeds in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you get a slightly golden color without browning (about 4 to 5 minutes maximum).
To keep its crunchy side, kasha can be enjoyed incorporated into a salad, dairy, muesli, a porridge, or sprinkle on a pie or a glass of mascarpone and fruit.
It will also delight the eyes and taste buds, sprinkled on a plate of smoked salmon and mozzarella slices with a drizzle of olive oil. Incorporated in a vegetable soup, or quiche.
Cooked in water for about 5 minutes then drained and decorated with a hazelnut of butter, the kasha will accompany meat and fish.
