HOW TO CONSUME IT
At breakfast, in mueslis, cereals, oatmeal.
In breads or pastries (brioche, bread with raisins...).
In dairy products (cottage cheese, yogurt...).
As an aperitif, accompanied (almond, cashew, hazelnut, coconut slices and/ or other dried fruits...), in appetizers (fresh goat-macadamia-pepper-grape)...
In sauces and vinaigrettes (balsamic cream-olive oil-parsley-currant).
In mixed or raw salads (endive-carrot grated-cabbage grated-walnut-raisin), sweet and savoury stuffing (vegetable...), oriental recipes (tabouli, couscous, tajines...), meat (foie gras, poultry, pork, beef), fish (cod, lotte), empanadas, pasta, cooked vegetables, accompanying cereals (bulgur, millet, semolina...).
