The cocoa tree grows in tropical countries where rain and sunshine are abundant.
It can reach up to 15 meters in the wild, and its fruit, the cabosse, contains up to 55 cocoa beans that will be used for the production of the famous chocolate powder.
The 60% VIJAYA Dark Chocolate Chips are lecithin-free.
They will amaze you with their pronounced chocolate taste without bitterness with a sweet and slightly vanilla flavor, and will be perfect to embellish your Easter creations.

HOW TO CONSUME:
Decoration: on cakes, creams, ice cream, mousses.
Served with fresh fruit (pear belle Hélène, banana Split...).
As a garnish on waffles, crêpes, blinis... For dessert: fondue, ice cream (white lady... ), cookies, brownies, cakes or chocolate pies.
Incorporated in a chocolate pastry cream or chocolate mousse, or even in a chocolate fondant, chocolate muffins and marbled cakes.
