As an aperitif, in the way of antipasti: marinated in olive oil-mixture of herbs and spices (basil-thyme-laurel-oregano).
In verrines (dried feta-tomato). In a sandwich.Integrated and mixed in a soup.

In bricks.
Married to eggs in a casserole.
As a garnish for quiche or pizza.
In cookies, muffins, cakes, flans, crumbles or savory pies.
Incorporated in mash, pasta, ravioli or gnocchi.
