The VIJAYA Lérida Fig is native to western Turkey (Aydin) and comes from the bio project Good Food Foundation; foundation supported by VIJAYA since its creation in 1986.
It is certified from fair trade by FairTSA.
The different figs of Turkey differ in their method of preparation.
Each name (Baglama, Lérida and Protoben) refers not to a variety of fig, but to its method of preparation.
The Fig Lérida is presented in a slightly flattened form, to give it the appearance of a puck. Its generous caliber gives it a unique soft.

HOW TO CONSUME:
Natural, as a snack, as an aperitif. Integrated in a dessert (ex: rice pudding, pies, cakes, cakes, purées or fruit salads...).
In energy balls.
As an alternative to sugar, in small cubes, in dairy products and mueslis.
In sweet and salty dishes, in tajines. In jams.

To keep all its qualities, we advise you to store this product in a cool, dry place away from air and light.
