The VIJAYA Protoben Fig is from Turkey and comes from the organic project Good Food Foundation, certified fair by FairTSA.
The different figs of Turkey differ in their method of preparation. Each name (Baglama, Lérida and Protoben) refers not to a variety of fig, but to its method of preparation.
The Protoben fig is slightly stretched to give it curved shapes that make think of those of a pear. It will then be placed with its sisters, straddling each other. Its generous caliber gives it a unique soft.

HOW TO CONSUME:
Natural, as a snack, as an aperitif. Integrated in a dessert (ex: rice pudding, pies, cakes, cakes, purées or fruit salads...).
In energy balls.
As an alternative to sugar, in small cubes, in dairy products and mueslis.
In sweet and salty dishes, in tajines. In jams.

To keep all its qualities, we advise you to store this product in a cool, dry place away from air and light.
