The Thompson VIJAYA Grape has a medium caliber.
Dark brown-black, sweet and sweet, fleshy, is usually eaten as an aperitif, in salads or in pastries.
HOW TO CONSUME: For breakfast, in mueslis, cereals, oatmeal. In breads or pastries (brioche, bread with grapes...).
In dairy products (cottage cheese, yogurt...).
As an aperitif, accompanied (almond, cashew, hazelnut, coconut slices and/ or other dried fruits...), in appetizers (fresh goat-macadamia-pepper-grape)...
In mixed or raw salads (endive-carrot grated-cabbage grated-walnut-raisin), sweet and savoury stuffing (vegetable...), oriental recipes (tabouli, couscous, tajines...), meat (foie gras, poultry, pork, beef), fish (cod, lotte), empanadas, pasta, cooked vegetables, accompanying cereals (bulgur, millet, semolina...).
On a cheese platter.In desserts and pastries: fresh fruit salads, compotes, flans, clafoutis, cakes, scones, muffins, cookies, kouglof, rum babas, puddings, Ghriba (Moroccan cake), crumbles, semolina or rice cakes, creams, crêpes, ice cream or ice cream (rum-raisin for example)...
Tip: For a softer grape, soak it 1/2 hour in water, apple juice or grape to rehydrate.
