HOW TO CONSUME:
At breakfast, lightly roasted, incorporated in a muesli or porridge, accompanied by chia seeds.
As a substitute for rice or semolina, in a salad or as a garnish.
In the making of bread.
In the form of a baked galette (with or without grated cheese), to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to a green salad or meat.
As a substitute for potatoes in a vegetable gratin or a peasant pan.
For dessert, a cake version of semolina with grapes.
